Shipping charges?
Delivery charge varies from seller to seller.
Normally sellers experience relatively higher charges on low-value items. In such scenarios, incurring a minimal shipping charge helps minimize logistic costs. Please see your order summary to better understand the shipping charges for the respective products.
Estimated delivery time?
At times, the seller and our courier associate have the same holiday, which may fall on or between the days you have placed an order. In such a case we add an extra day to the estimated delivery timeline. Many courier associates and sellers stay closed on Sundays.
Sellers are bound to procure and ship the items within the maximum time determined on the product page excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Is there any hidden cost (taxes, octroy, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on PIKMAX?
No, there are no hidden costs or charges on the products listed on PIKMAX. The price mentioned is the final cost and that’s what you need to pay.
Shipping charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra subjected to the Seller's shipping policy.
The seller cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't need to enter it every time) to know if the product is deliverable to your location or not.
If you do not know your pin code, then the pin code mentioned in your shipping address will be checked for serviceability.
The serviceability of the product depends on the following factors:
No COD for my location. Why?
Availability of Cash on Delivery is subject to the ability of our courier associates servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Courier associates have their limits on accepting Cash on Delivery depending on the delivery location. Maybe your order value has exceeded that limit.
I want to return an item, how can I arrange for a pick-up?
We have very easy return policies. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Process for initiating a return:
If the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier associate, you will be asked to return the item through a third-party courier service.
*Return fees will be borne by the Seller/customer.
Does PIKMAX deliver internationally as well?
As of now, PIKMAX doesn’t deliver internationally. But soon you would be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 6 other countries U.K., U.S.A, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, U.A.E. All orders will be Pre-paid only.
Some general information
What do “In Stock”, “Available”, “Pre-order or Forthcoming”, “Out of Stock”, “Imported”, “Back in Stock Soon”, “Temporarily Unavailable”, “Permanently Discontinued” these mean?
In Stock:
For the items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pin code (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 4-6 business and 5-7 days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Available:
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for an item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
Pre-order or Forthcoming:
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 7 business days. The Pre-order duration varies from item to item. Once known, the release time and date of delivery will be mentioned.
Out of Stock:
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available on the platform.
Imported:
Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 15 working days or more to be delivered to you.
Back in Stock Soon:
The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.
Temporarily Unavailable:
The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.
Permanently Discontinued:
This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
