How can I pay for a purchase on PIKMAX?

PIKMAX avails you of multiple payment methods. Whichever mode of online payment you choose, you can rest assured that PIKMAX’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your cards, Net Banking, and transaction details confidential all times.

You may use a debit card, credit card, internet banking, UPI, gift card, COD, and wallet to make your purchase. PIKMAX also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay, and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

Any hidden charges (Octroi or Taxes) when I make a purchase on PIKMAX?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on PIKMAX. The prices mentioned for all the products are final and all-inclusive. The prices visible to you on the product page are exactly what you need to pay.

Shipping charges can be extra subject to the seller policy. Please check individual sellers for the same.

Cash on Delivery?

If you are not willing, interested, or comfortable in making an online payment on PIKMAX.com, you can choose the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. By choosing your payment mode as COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, in that case, you are not required to make any online payment.

There is a limit cap on the maximum order value of COD orders which is ₹10,000. As it sounds cash on delivery COD is a cash-oriented payment system. Only Indian currency is accepted in COD orders.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by all credit and debit cards issued in India only.

Credit cards

We allow you to make payments by Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express credit cards.

To make a payment by using your credit card at the time of checkout, you need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After filling in these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering OTP.

Debit cards

We allow you to make payments by Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro debit cards.

For making a payment at the time of checkout, you require your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). After filling in these details you will be redirected to your bank’s page for filling out OTP.

Is it safe to use my credit and debit cards on PIKMAX?
